About Us
The Montessori School in Pelham Manor has touched many lives for well over five decades. Our school was established in 1972 in New Rochelle and we moved to our current location in 1992.
Our students are mindful global citizens, who care about the environment. Our team of educators are knowledgeable, caring, and devoted professionals, who meet where each child is, cater to their learning needs, and instill a love of learning. They are facilitators for the students to gain independence. It is a welcoming, close-knit school with deep roots in our community and long held traditions, such as the “Annual Tea with Your Special Person”. We even have students from different generations of the same families! Our graduates are graceful, courteous, respectful, curious individuals, who continue their education in highly competitive public and private schools and play important roles in society.
